Refund Policy

Summary

  • 7-day free trial: No card collected at signup. Leave any time during the trial — you pay nothing.
  • 14-day refund window: You may request a full refund for any charge (initial or renewal; monthly or annual) within 14 days of that charge, no questions asked.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel anytime. Access continues through the end of the paid period and auto-renewal stops.

1. Free Trial

Signing up for Pinhour starts a 7 (seven) day free trial. No card is collected and no charge is made during the trial. If you do not start a subscription before the trial ends, you pay nothing.

2. 14-Day Refund Right

After a subscription begins, you may request a full refund for any charge — whether the first payment or a subsequent monthly/annual renewal — within 14 (fourteen) days of that charge, for any reason or no reason. Send your request to contact@pinhour.com.

This rule applies equally to monthly and annual subscriptions; every charge (initial or renewal) is treated under the same terms.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. When you cancel:

  • Access continues through the end of the paid period.
  • Auto-renewal stops for the next period.
  • Cancellation by itself does not trigger a refund; refunds are handled separately under the 14-day rule above.

4. Wrong or Duplicate Charges

Charges arising from a technical error are refunded in full independently of the 14-day window.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds are issued by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited, to the original card or bank account. Funds typically arrive within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank. You can track the refund status from Paddle's customer portal.
