Do I need a credit card for the 7-day free trial?
No. We collect no payment info at signup. Use every feature for 7 days; if you want to keep going, start a subscription. If you don't, you pay nothing — no automatic charge.
How do I cancel?
One click in the dashboard. After canceling you keep full access through the end of the paid period, and auto-renewal stops. On top of that, every charge is refundable within 14 days, no questions asked.
What's the difference between monthly and annual?
The features are identical. Annual is $490 for 12 months — i.e. 10× the monthly rate, so two months are free. You can start monthly and upgrade to annual from the dashboard at any time.
How do taxes / VAT work?
Payments are collected by Paddle.com Market Limited as the Merchant of Record. Paddle calculates and remits applicable taxes for your country automatically; invoices are issued in Paddle's name.
Is Pinhour right for my industry?
Built for anyone renting rooms or space by the hour: podcast studios, rehearsal rooms, coworking, photo studios, training workshops, music lessons, therapy rooms. If you have multiple rooms, equipment add-ons, or recurring bookings, you're in the sweet spot.
Can I add more than one venue?
Each account currently maps to one venue. If you operate several, create a separate account or contact us — as a solo founder I can usually work out a custom arrangement.
How do I collect payment from my customers?
Pinhour is a booking-management platform; we don't yet process the customer's payment to you. You take payment via your existing method (bank transfer, cash, POS) after the booking. Online deposit collection is on the roadmap.
Is my data safe?
All data is stored on EU-region Supabase servers, encrypted in transit with TLS, and gated by Row-Level Security so each venue only sees its own data. We operate under KVKK (Türkiye) and GDPR (EU) requirements.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes — Pinhour is a PWA (Progressive Web App). Open the dashboard on your phone, choose 'Add to Home Screen', and it behaves like a native app. No App Store or Play Store install needed.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Customer lists, booking reports, and analytics all download as CSV. If you close your account, your data is kept in a recoverable state for 30 days before permanent deletion.
Which languages do you support?
Turkish and English. Confirmation and reminder emails to your customers go out in the language they booked in. Let us know if you need another language.
