Terms of Service

1. Parties and Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form the agreement between Dekoratif Dokunuslar(sole proprietor, Türkiye), operating the Pinhour platform ("Pinhour", "we"), and any person or entity who registers an account or uses the service at pinhour.com ("User", "you"). By creating an account or using the service you accept these Terms.

2. The Service

Pinhour is a booking management platform for venues such as podcast studios, rehearsal rooms, coworking spaces and similar. Venue operators get tools to define rooms, accept online bookings, track customers and payments, generate reports, and send automated notifications. Pinhour is not a party to the relationship between a venue and its end customer (the person making a booking); Pinhour only provides the underlying technology platform.

3. Account and Security

You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account. Account security (password, session) is solely your responsibility. All activity under your account is attributed to you.

4. Free Trial and Subscription

Sign-up begins a 7 (seven) day free trial. No card is collected during trial and you can leave at any time. To keep using the service after the trial you must start a subscription, available monthly ($49/mo) or annual ($490/yr); the annual price is less than 12× the monthly rate and is a promotional offer.

5. Billing

All payments are collected by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Invoices are issued by Paddle. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (month or year) unless you cancel. Failed renewals (declined card etc.) may result in temporary suspension of access.

6. Refunds

Refund conditions are detailed in our separate Refund Policy. When you cancel, you retain access through the end of the billed period; we do not pro-rate mid-period refunds, but annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within the first 14 days (see Refund Policy for details).

7. Acceptable Use

You agree, while using the service, not to:

  • Upload illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content
  • Attempt to scrape, attack, or otherwise disrupt the platform
  • Access another user's or customer's data without authorization
  • Use the platform for spam, bulk messaging or unsolicited communications

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account without notice.

8. Data Ownership and Backups

All data you upload (venue, room, customer, booking records etc.) remains yours. Pinhour processes this data solely to provide the service; we do not sell it to third parties or use it for marketing. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

When you close your account, your data is retained for 30 (thirty) days in a recoverable state and then permanently deleted.

9. Service Availability

We make reasonable efforts to provide continuous, error-free service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance is announced in advance; unplanned outages are addressed promptly.

10. Limitation of Liability

Pinhour's aggregate liability is limited to the subscription fees paid to Pinhour in the 12 (twelve) months preceding the event. Pinhour is not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription anytime from the dashboard. Pinhour reserves the right to terminate the agreement for cause (Acceptable Use violation, non-payment, etc.).

12. Changes

Material changes to these Terms will be announced via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Istanbul Çağlayan Courts and Execution Offices have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
